Smoked Streaky Bacon



We only make one type but we do it right!  Our bacon is properly aged, hung in the same chambers as our salami’s after dry curing.  It’s this that sets it apart and intensifies the flavour.  You’ll see the difference when you cook it, it will colour straight away as there is zero moisture to drive off first.  A real treat made properly!  Minimum 200g  sliced thick (average 6 slices per pack)
