Proper salami using the same recipe, pork and skills as our full size version but in snacking form. Toasted fennel seed artfully supported by lemon zest and Aleppo chill. We think this is the most delicate of our PigStick flavours. Perfect for snacking on and great for a healthy lunchbox treat.

Ingredients

Pork (200g used per 100g of finished product), salt, fennel, Allepo chilli, dextrose, lemon zest, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite.
Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
