A classic salami flavoured with garlic and pepper using the same recipe, pork and skills as our full size version.This is the one to choose if you're looking for a classic saucisson flavour. Perfect for snacking on and great for a healthy lunchbox treat.

Also available in Cotswold Chorizo and Fennel.

Ingredients

Pork (200g used per 100g of finished product), salt, fennel, Allepo chilli, dextrose, lemon zest, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Storage Instructions
